(This entry should not affect anyone's approach to this game. Anything I mention, a player will realize in the first minutes playing. Reading it is safe!)
Summary: a game I really enjoy, go try it, maybe you'll enjoy it too.
Around September of 2022, I was browsing Bandcamp's "Artist Index"... or was it just the "new releases" section?
Anyhow, around then the OST for First Land by Fotocopiadora was published. I gave it a quick listen... "hmm, just ambient." hah.
Seeing the music was for a game I still figured I would check it out: you never know when you'll find a good game, with indies ;)
That was a good decision! And the reason for this blog entry.
This one I recommend. I must have spent 4 months on and off trying to figure out all the endings. I'm not very good at figuring things out in games (unfittingly), but I did it! There's some pretty interesting things to say about Fotocopiadora's games too. I played most of them now, and my second favorite is likely "mouse sector", which puts exploration and agency freely into your own hands.
